TITLE: Legal knowledge of the top managers of Primary schools in Moravia-Silesian region and their direction in basic statutes of school system AUTHOR: Ing. Lukáš Smutný DEPARTMENT: Education Management Centre SUPERVISOR: RNDr. Jindřich Kitzberger ABSTRACT: This bachelor project "Legal knowledge of the top managers of Primary schools in Moravia-Silesian region and their direction in basic statutes of school system" investigates level of legal knowledge of headmasters of Primary schools by checking their orientation in school law and law about schoolmasters.Theoretical part resumes theoretical information. Subsequently practical part starts from it. The object of practical part results in research problems of two hypotheses.The first one is if level of legal knowledge of the top managers of Primary schools depends on duration of guide practise and the second hypothesis is if it depends on quantity of graduating educational courses in legislation region and comparison of this level in respect of controlled school and its comlpleteness.This project analyses system of additional education of schoolmasters,it indicates the most considerable institutions in Moravia-Silesian region and suggest equivalent model of schoolmasters and thein additional education.The questionnaires,research and anonymous tests are focus...

Analysis of the Means of the Implementation of Teachers' In-service Education from the Management Perspective

In-service education of teachers represents one of the key parts of strategic development of the Czech system of education. The work focuses on the problem from the perspective of the school`s management and analyses the part it plays in implementation of in-service education. The aim of the work is to interpret the ways how in-service education is approached and the means of its implementation in primary and secondary schools. The work itself is divided into two main parts. The characteristics of in-service education and the state of the art are described in the first part. The approach of the management of schools to the problems of in- service education is analyzed through the questionnaire in the second part. At the end of the work, the conclusions resulting from this inquiry are described in detail.

Monitoring of efficiency of pedagogical staff development at primary schools means one of the key part in further professional development. This thesis is looking at this field from the point of view of school management and analyses the position of efficiency in the system of further professional development of pedagogical staff at primary schools. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part defines the education and further professional development of pedagogical staff, the possibilities of monitoring its efficiency and the plan of teachers' professional development. The second part describes who and when assesses the efficiency of further education using a questionnaire and also the methods used in the process. All this is summarized in details in the findings of this study.

Research of teachers opinions on teachers professional development

The work is focused on the relation of teachers to further their education in conjunction with the current proposal career system. Based on information from the scientific literature, in the work is shown the list of developments further education of teachers in the Czech Republic after 1990, and from secondary sources is defined by its current state. Work also continues to address the career system for teachers, with an emphasis on the text of the selected proposals, including the current one. Through the results of an empirical investigation that was conducted on selected two primary and two secondary schools, are then presented to the views of teachers in these schools watched topics. The dates that were analyzed from empirical investigations are also in conclusion, compared with the theoretical assumptions that are listed in this work.
